The CM Team used a new MR-based kernel for their Alpha3 release — making it no longer compatible with the older CRC source.  I apologize for taking so long to get this fixed up, but the kernel has now been rebased on the MR source and is fully compatible with Alpha3.  It will not be compatible with the older builds.  The older Tiamat version 1.0.0 remains compatible with the older alphas but incompatible with the current/future releases.

Sorry for the confusion.
