If you downloaded Tiamat_Inc2-v1.1.1 prior to 8pm EST today (now-ish) and are having boot issues, please redownload (same link).  I have reset to the voltage levels in 1.0.4 and this has taken care of the problem.  Sorry for the problems – all my testers seem to have devices that allow much lower voltages…
